10 years ago this March, Louis Acompora was wearing #12 and was captain of his high school lacrosse team here on Long Island. During the first game of the season, his heart stopped and he couldn't be revived because there was no automatic external defibrillator or AED on site. Since then, Louis's Law requires schools and all first responders to be equipped with AEDs.
